Training objectives
Positioning period - the key stage to find your academic and career direction
Thru career-oriented tests, teenagers over the age of 16 are assisted in finding suitable fields. In the next 3-6 months of training, they will participate in workplace practice, receive various soft and hard skills training, visit enterprises, listen to entrepreneurial sharing, and play different roles in practical projects to deal with various challenges. Thru these practical experiences, they have the opportunity to explore different fields, so as to find a direction suitable for their future planning.
At the same time, in the process of facing the independent life of the team, teenagers will develop a number of important life skills. These skills include self-growth, responsibility, decision-making ability, social skills, independent thinking, adaptability, self-confidence, time management and independent learning. These skills will lay a solid foundation for future growth and career development. However, while promoting teenagers to move toward independent life, appropriate support, guidance and counselling should be provided to ensure that they break thru themselves in a healthy environment.
On-the-job training period - Upskill, Reskill, Newskill
The on-the-job training program aims to help young people upskill, reskill, and learn new skills, while obtaining valuable diplomas. It creates an environment for young people to combine learning and work, and apply what they have learned in actual work, so as to obtain jobs in the workplace that are equivalent to or even higher than their academic qualifications.
In addition, it has built a bridge for young people who aspire to develop in the international workplace to connect with international universities and diplomas. Thru this connection, they can acquire global knowledge and cross-cultural exchange opportunities, add international competitiveness to their careers, and thru such comprehensive training, young people will be able to better meet career challenges and achieve their goals.
